Yes, maybe it's a bit to lay Love actually First on this list, but have you seen Love actually? It is honestly a perfect holiday film. There are many haters out there, but it's hard not to be a fan of the romantic comedy's multiple story (which sometimes leads to the cod). And with mega stars like Keira Knightley, Hugh Grant and Emma Thompson who come in and out of love at Christmas, it's a confirmed classic.

For the 90's children, Home alone Starring Macaulay Culkin was the holiday movie. When Blyty Kevin turns to the wind the night before a trip to Paris, he accidentally ends up with his family. As a child, Kevin does not waste any of his freedom, immediately watches R-nominated movies and rubs on junk food. But when "Wet Bandits" will rob his home, he is ready to defend it at all costs. Home alone is so inherent to the holiday movie canon, it produced 5 other films.

Although some (wrong) people consider The nightmare before Christmas a Halloween movie, it has more than earned it's place on this list. Jack Skellington, a goth icon and hometown of Halloween, accidentally ends in Christmas Town and decides to give this new holiday a blow with its own quick spin on things.

And since it's Christmas, even an animation film from Tim Burton must have a love story and a soundtrack of serious bangers.

I do not want to call you dear readers in all the caps, but family stone is a super underrated vacation movie !!! First, it has an all-star casting with Rachel McAdams, SJP, Diane Keaton and Stone Fox Dermot Mulroney. Second, it may be one of the most reliant family films ever about Mulroneys oldest brother who gives his missionary girlfriend home for Christmas to ask for family heritage to propose. Is your family crazy? Have you ever taken home your significant home to complete chaos? Then watch this movie. Plus, who does not love a bitchy Rachel McAdams?

A Christmas Story

There are many things that are synonymous with America-apple pie, baseball, lawn ornaments-and honestly A Christmas Story definitely make the list. Come on, the movie gets its own 24/7 broadcast on Christmas Eve. ACS is the story of Ralphie, whose only wish is to have a bb weapon for Christmas, despite everyone saying he's going to shoot his eye. More importantly, it is universal warning for children not to keep their tongues in a frozen bar. You are welcome, parents everywhere.

is Fairy both a holiday season must-look and Will Ferrell get the biggest movie so far ?? All characters point to "yes". Ferrell stars like Buddy, a person who stumbles in Santa's bag as a baby and grows up like an elf (a very tall one) in his workshop. When Buddy is told that he is not a river, he searches for his origins in America. He succeeds in tracking his parents and falls for Zooey Deschanel. Who would not?

After two very attractive strangers (played by Kate Beckinsale and John Cusack) meet a pair of gloves in Bloomingdales, they have a whirlwind night over ice skating and frozen hot chocolate …. although they are in relationships. (Honestly, shady).

IN Long Kiss Goodnight, Davis plays Samantha Caine, your typical New England housewife who has been washed on land, pregnant and without memories. When she gets a brief brain injury during a car accident, all her memories rush back to her and she finds out she's a CIA killer with a big point to solve.

It does not sound Very Christmas, but you see what I mean when you look.
