1. Spritz your favorite scent
When we get ready and we feel we need some confidence we will immediately raise our perfume set. A quick spritz of perfume can be so refreshing and scientifically proven to awaken your sensual side. Dofter stimulates nerve endings on the nose, which lightens the limbic system – our brain's area is responsible for our behavior, feelings and our libido, even though our sex drive.
