Delia's Dolls Kill Features 90's Beauty Products

In the 1990s, I was more pleased to be in the post than the college acceptance letter Delia's – sorry, dELiA * s-catalog. A solid quarter of my college wardrobe consisted of the sometimes oversize, sometimes under-dimensional, always colorful clothes seen on the models that I wanted to both look and be friends with. (Shout out to one delightful model with the super long blonde hair – you were my favor.) And now, Dolls Kill regains all the fuzzy feelings I angry these shiny pages with a retro Delia collection.

The launch on November 2, "Delia's Dolls Kill is ready to take you back to the 90's and early 2000s in the beautiful Delia collection and the best 90 styles that are perfect for every #deliasgirl," says Dolls Kill site. "Delia's Dolls Dead Fashion and Dress, will inspire our doll to channel in her inner 90's babe while he's rebellious AF!" Nobody used hashtags or said "AF" then, but I can forgive Doll's Kill for the anakronistic copy because, besides clothes reminiscent of being 16, the collection contains makeup and beauty accessories that completely nail the 90's vibe.

Some of the brands were about 20 years ago, others are newer names that only get it – "it" is the sparkling, almost characteristic feeling of the era's beauty look. Check out some of our favorite articles from the new but nostalgic collection.

1. Rainbow Butterfly Hair Clips

Dolls Kill

For $ 8 you get a dozen of these classic plastic hair accessories in double color combinations like pink with yellow and purple with orange. A sophisticated look? No, do you care? Also no.

2. Fluid Glitter

Dolls Kill

There are half a dozen colors of Fluid glitter present in this collection, but I'm a particularly big fan of silver because it completely captures the entire space-vivid appearance that occurred in the 90's.

3. Caboodles Pretty in Petite Case

Dolls Kill

Do not let anyone tell you that Caboodles is a way for adults to store their makeup. These plastic cases can look fun and youthful, but they are also incredibly practical when it comes to organizing.

4. Color Club Mood nail polish

Dolls Kill

I got my first mood ring from Delia's catalog, so I'm pleased to see a beauty centric node for the accessory in this collection. This color, Feelin & Free, goes from light to dark blue, even creating a hiding effect sometimes.

5. Lip Smacker Starburst Party Pack Lip balm

Dolls Kill

It would basically be blasphemy to put out a 90-inspired beauty collection without Lip Smackers, am I right? If Starburst flavors are not your thing, Delia's Dolls Kill Collection also has shells and soda to choose from.
