Kristin Ess launches hairdressing tools on goals, all under $ 100

Hairdresser and beauty entrepreneur, Kristin Ess, has wanted to make hair tools because she can remember. "This has been on my agenda even before I launched styling products," said Ess last week, just days before the tools hit shelves, creating mass hysteria at Target. "Everything I ever wanted to do was tools and to be honest, I would have begun with them if it did not take years to do. It took a very long time, but I think patience is a virtue."

When Ace, who spent years knocked out tips and tricks on her website Beauty Departmentfirst launched her own line, her goal was to create beautiful hair care and styling products – quite probably you would like to show them in your shower or at your vanity – but it would not break the bank. "In terms of tools, it's cheap and then it's super expensive, but there's nothing really beautiful in the middle. And I mean there is cool things that are available at the middle of the price, and they work really well, but I always shot them under my counter to hide them. "

But Ace does not only keep the average beauty consumer in mind when creating these tools. "Another big factor for me was that as a hairdresser about my equipment broke in the middle of the night, there was never somewhere I could pinch to get real things. Of course you've heard so many times when a hairdresser is traveling and something breaks, it's like what to do? You have to run to the pharmacy, and there is never anything very exciting or professional. So we had to put something there.

So Ace created a line of eight beautiful hot tools with white white shell and pink gold items that had the whole attract staff oohing and ahhing The minute they arrived at the office. "We spent a lot of time on the aesthetics and the feeling, everything is soft and we just tried to take it to another level," explains Ess.

And in pure Christine Ace form, there is something in this collection for everyone. "These are the tools I take in each kit for each job, because I feel you can have some hair look done with them. It was important for me that a person with any hair type can find a heater tool in this collection which works for them. " Down in his own words, Ace breaks up the collection, so all you need to get in line with your nearest destination.

Iconic Style Professional Blow Dryer ($ 100)

"The most important thing for me was to have a light brushless engine. It prolongs the length of your dryer ten times longer average engine. When I buy a drug for pharmacies, I expect to take a 15-minute break from my bladder so it overheats not.

There are two accessories, the nozzle – I usually never blow without a nozzle – and a diffuser for lids and waves. And we made it as quiet as possible. It's definitely not quiet because no hair dryer is actually quiet, but we put a silencer on the back so it's quieter. It also has a removable filter for easy cleaning.

There is an ion-switch that lights up to let you know if it's on or off. Having the ionic attitude function was important to me, although many do not know about it. They do not know that once you've changed it one way or the other, it can either give you a super cool looking look or megavolym. But I definitely want to train people for sure. There have only been a couple [dryers] in the market that has the ion switch and they are usually very expensive so I was very pleased to have it in there.
