My current nursing clinic – CORALLISTA

Night-time squares routine 1

Hello everyone! My skin care routine is perhaps the most requested content on my Instagram and I thought I would share it in detail in a blog post. Before I get into the products I use right now, a little about my skin; I have combination skin that has a tendency to become very much dehydrated. I have no major pigmentation problems, my only concern besides dehydration is a little texture. Without proper exfoliation I get dead skin buildup and rough skin quite easily. So I have tailor-made my routine to address all these problems. I love to take care of my skin and this routine can be a little prepared for those who just start with skin care! But it has worked really well for me, so hopefully my product recommendations will help those who have a similar skin type.

I do a double cleaning and from the time I have accepted this exercise my skin has been clearer and brighter. The first step is an oil-based cleaning agent to break down all the makeup and sun protection I wear during the day. I have used Klairs Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil (INR 1570, buy online here) for this step you may remember from one of my Nykaa haul videos. This is a rich, pillow-y oil, it smells great and does a decent job breaking down the makeup. Only some waterproof mascaras are supervise and they need an eye makeup remover but it gets rid of all other makeups. It emulsifies with water and forms a milky emulsion. However, it does not completely wash off the skin. It leaves a little residue behind which I do not mind when I use a foam maker in the next step anyway. What I love about this is what makes my skin very VERY soft. The know mild, does not irritate my skin and feel very pleasant to use! It contains natural vegetable oils and is vegan and cruel. It is also free of parabens, ethanol, artificial coloring, silicones and steroids. A solid choice for all skin types, although the brand recommends it especially for oily and acne prone skin.

Step 2 in my cleaning is Laneige Multi Deep Cleanser (INR 550, buy online here) which is a great cleaning for all skin types! It is a foaming cleanser but it does not dry my skin. It leaves my skin Very clean and fresh. I had a selection of this to try and I loved it so much, I got to get full size. I have loved everything I have tried from Laneige so far and this is no exception. Recommend it!

Shortly after washing away my cleaning, I can handle my skin dry and use Face Shop Smart Peeling White Jewel (INR 808, after discount, buy online here). This is a non-abrasive exfoliant containing natural cellulosic fibers that remove the dead skin from the skin. When you massage this on dry skin, the cellulose starts to peel off in the form of small fibers from the skin. The formula also has pearl powder that gives a glow to the skin. I have noticed my skin structure is drastically improved because I have started using it. You can use this everyday, it is mild on the skin but you see a noticeable change. the skin feels softer, softer and lighten with every use! This is also currently a 15% discount on Nykaa, great time to store!

Within 10 seconds after washing my face I use Belif Numero 10 Essence (INR 1740, buy online here). If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I have loved Belif products since the start about a month ago. This is a super-hydrating being that has definitely made my skin More hydrated and smooth with regular use. It has a similar texture, takes 10-15 seconds to sink into the skin and has a subtle scent that I really like. Contains the herb tea of Jericho, this being unlocks moisture and increases the level of skin hydration, it helps keep the skin hydrated and also increases the effects of the next skin care product you apply. Please note that this must be applied within 10 seconds after washing your face for best results! I would recommend this to anyone who wants it more hydrated skin, the formula is suitable for all skin types.

I'm following the Belif serum Glow recipe Pineapple C Brightening Serum. Glow recipe is an American brand inspired by Korean skin care secrets and I have always found myself drawn to its products when I am in the United States. This is not available in India, unfortunately. I picked it up from Sephora is New York last month. The first thing you notice about this is the beautiful glass bottle that mimas a pineapple! This also smells like pineapple it contains 22% pineapple juice (one of the most powerful forms of natural vitamin C). Apart from this, this has pure ascorbic acid and stable 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid to combat acne scars, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation leaving hudglansig and also. AHA in pineapple juice helps to gently peel the skin. I have only used this for about a week and I love it so far. My skin feels quite glossy right after I apply it (it has a little sticky, gel consistency) and I can't wait to see how it works for me in the next 4 weeks. Vitamin C is one of the best ingredients for the skin, helping with light dark spots, increase collagen production, making the skin more even – You can't go wrong with that! And just for your knowledge, if you find vitamin C along with vitamin E and fatty acid, it's just the most effective combination for the skin!

When I have made my face serum I use Laneige Eye Sleeping Mask (INR 2070, buy online here) in my eye area and the forehead region. This is a product that had fascinated me for a long time (I love his sleeping mask for the face!) And I finally took it up. You can get this from Nykaa in India but I bought it from a Laneige store in Singapore. This is a very light, serum-like eye moisturizer that helps increase moisture levels in the eye while helping with swellings also. I do not have severe dark circles so it is difficult to say if it will work for people with severe pigmentation. For me, it helps with moisturizing, bleeding and ljusn my eye area is really all i need so i'm happy! It also comes with this ceramic ball applicator which I find quite fun to use

The last step in my current routine is a nice, thick, creamy moisturizer and I have loved it Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream (INR 1670, buy online here). My skin is not inflamed or upset or tanned but I still love to use this because it makes my skin super soft, much nutrition and really glowy! This is supposed to be a recycling cream that helps calm the upset and stressed skin. Its star ingredients are the Guaiazulene, a natural component extracted from chamomile oil, which carries powerful skin soothing abilities, and Centella Asiatica, which helps hydrate and relieve redness. Its more of a calming rather than moisturizer but it only works for me! I have to say, I am very impressed with what I have tried from the Korean brand, Klairs, so far. I realized that any product I use right now is Korean (or K-beauty inspired) only when I put this post together!
