Boob jobs, fillers, botox – these are all daily routines among A-list. We sat down with Hollywood's fave plastic surgeon at Valiant Clinic; Dr. Matlock, who knocked out deets on the secret body procedure that The A lists do not want you to know about – liposculpturing. Have you ever wondered how your fairy tale bounced from birth with a six-pack in under three months? Or how does your ultimate crazy crush have a better body of 50 than she did at 20? Chances are, it's liposculpting. Here is everything you need to know …

What is Vaser Hi Def Liposculpturing?

Vaser Hi Def Liposculpturing is a form of liposuction that gives you a teeny little waist and washboard, without having to spend hours in the gym. Dr. Matlock has worked with her magic on some of the most famous (and lusted after) bodies in the world from Kim K to Mary J Blige. He says his A-List customers are usually after a "less synchronized waist", but he also confirms that "the arms are a big thing". He added that it is common for celebrities to combine this treatment with a back enlargement.

Okay, so while we're not saying that these celebrities have had liposuppression, these are the types of results you can achieve with liposculpting:

What distinguishes this procedure from traditional forms of liposuction, sculpts the muscle while removing fat to give a more athletic finish, as Dr. Matlock says is "very popular" among his A-List clientele. The method uses a "state-of-the-art ultrasound technique designed to gently reshape the body." Dr. Matlock says "Vases Liposculpturing is particularly effective when used on the abdominal muscles. It creates contours for the appearance of the sex package because it is 53% more skin tightening than other forms of lipo." anywhere from $ 10,000 to $ 20,000 depending on your height, weight, and desired result.

The procedure

A full description of Dr. Matlock's website describes the procedure: "During the process, deep, middle and superficial grease is treated with the vase probe by using ultrasonic energy. This energy eliminates the fat balls while maintaining its vitality. A traditional cannula [a suction device] is then used to extract the fat, fine tune, and then sculpt the muscles. This two-step process and the definition of musculature is what distinguishes it from traditional liposuction. "

This form of liposuction has the best results on six packs, obliques, pecs and arms. Dr. Matlock has also developed a more improved version of liposculpture: Advanced Surgical Bodybuilding. The effects are similar to liposculpturing, but it gives a more muscular finish. This procedure adds another step to Vaser Hi Def Liposculpting by combining liposomal and ultrasound-controlled intramuscular fat propagation.

Preoperation and aftercare

Before surgery: Two weeks before surgery, you should not smoke or drink too much alcohol, as this may cause healing. It drops your blood, which can lead to blood clots and bruises. Keep away from aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and other supplements that can also thin your blood.

After surgery: After the procedure, Dr. Matlock says you have to "wear a clothing around the clock, for the first two weeks after the procedure and just remove it to shower." This helps improve the results and ensure the skin remains tight and toned. Once you have adjusted your upholstery for two weeks, you can resume regular exercise. It then takes another four weeks to fully recover, as the best results are usually seen only after six weeks.

You never look at a celebbikini the same way again!
