They say that the peak strawberry season runs from April to June, but it looks like it may have started early this year thanks to the Volition's latest serum. The new Strawberry-C Brightening Serum is so much more than just a beautiful, pink drink (although it looks good on a vanity); It promises to be a potent solution for dull, dry, red, uneven skin. And that promise sounds so sweet, it sold out on Sephora just 10 days after it came out.
Strawberry-C Brightening Serum was launched on March 5, the "ultimate brightening serum," says the brand ", filled with a high concentration of strawberry-derived vitamin C for noticeable radiation, hydration and even skin tone." In addition to lightening, it claims to hydrate, plump, help control excess oil, and minimize the appearance of redness and lines. And at $ 42 it's cheaper than many pricier formulas that promise similar brighter and smoother results.
It is quite possible that those who rushed to buy Strawberry-C Brightening Serum were inspired to do so for the same reason why Volition created it in the first place. The brand was inspired by a beauty hack Marilyn Monroe, who was reportedly loved: rubs strawberries on her skin. And after confirming that strawberries actually contain more vitamin C than oranges, the fruit that is virtually synonymous with the famous light compound, Volition knew that the serum would become reality – and demand has just confirmed it.
There are, of course, other beneficial ingredients in strawberry-C Brightening Serum in addition to strawberry. Kakadu plums provide more vitamin C to the mixture, hyaluronic acid helps hydrate, and the cucumber extract soothes the skin beyond its costar reduction-reducing properties. Basically, it is no wonder that the early reviews on Sephora's website are raging about the serum. "I've only had this serum for a week and I noticed a difference in the discoloration of acne and skin after the second day," reads a five-star review. "Love how easy this serum is," reads another. "Stocks that are good with both softening and lightweight products, because it absorbs so fast."
Fortunately, the serum is back in stock at sephora.com. We would not be surprised if it is at theaters on the edge of another sale, but if you want to hang a bottle for yourself, act fast.
