When it comes to skin care, there are some words that we regularly use to indicate positive results.
From "light, "To" studs "to" plump "- we know that all these words mean our skin looks beautiful and youthful – but what does each word mean?
Better than, how are we getting our skin to be bright, jumping and clumsy?
You know for sure that the faster our skin is, the more youthful it seems (and if you did not know, now you do it!)
You may also have noticed that when our skin is not so clumsy, we may look older or more tired.
But do you know why plumpness contributes to a younger look? Do you know if there is a way to prevent loss of plumpness that comes with age? Better than, do you know how to get blunt skin without turning to injectable or Plastic surgery?
I'll answer these questions and more in this blog post!
What's just right?
Chances are, it's not often that you hear the word "clumsy" and wish it used to describe your appearance.
When I think of the word "clumsy", I think of mature peaches or my little boy's smart little cheeks.
But believe it or not, you actually want to "plump" to describe you – Your skin, it is.
When our skin is clumsy, it is not saggy or tired and our fine lines and wrinkles are filled in.
It's not like we want to look like a messy little baby, but we want our skin to have similar characteristics as a toddler!
The more you look, the more you get young, updated and as if you got your 8-hour sleep last night, even if you did not.
Unfortunately, when we age, our skin loses the plumpness that can give the opposite effect.
You can have 10 hours of sleep, but you can still look tired.
Our skin, of course, loses elasticity and begins to use more collagen than it can produce when we age.
In fact, our bodies generally start working with a collagen deficit (which means we use more collagen than we produce) at a mature young age of 25 years!
This makes our skin look more tired and wobbly – even though we sleep well enough.
How do you achieve plump skin?
Happy to you (and to me), there are many ways to fight shaking skin, and many are simple!
In fact, many methods or tips for achieving faster skin can be done at home, so let's start with them!
If you have read my blog before, you know that I'm about to deal with skin care problems from the inside first, and plumpness is no different.
As I mentioned above, the production of collagen decreases as we grow older, contributes to aging.
So what should you do? Eat more collagen enhancing goodness!
Some foods say increase your body's collagen production: Think of superfoods like dark leafy vegetables (hello, bald!), fatty fish like salmon, avocado, garlic, carrots and eggs.
You can also simply buy a collagen supplement or a collagen powder to blend you in your morning smoothie – just do extra research and be sure to talk to your doctor first.
Once you have filled your fridge with good food, let's talk about facial massage.
Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow and Anna Wintour swear by the face mass Georgia Louise.
But it's not always realistic for all of us to spend time (and money) on a professional massage, so let's talk about doing it!
By massaging your face with your fingers or a quartz rollYou can of course stimulate your facial muscle tissue.
This stimulus can plump your skin, improve your pores and tighten your face – I like to think of it as a natural facelift.
If you have never massage yourself before, you are looking for a treatment.
Distribute your favorite serum or moisturizer in your hands, warm it up and sit back, relax and gently roll your face with upward movements.
You deserve to cool – and getting the beauty increase is just an added benefit!
Another home cup point? A DIY collagen enhancing facial.
If you click this link, you'll find 11 unique DIY collagen-enhancing face mask recipes!
The best part is that many of them just need one or two ingredients that you already have in your pantry, such as egg white and lemon juice "quickie facelift".
Of course, you do not need to make a collagen-enhancing topical solution.
There are lots of anti-aging, plumping products available at your favorite skin care store.
M very own Clear collagen stripping mask is a bestseller and fan favorite!
I love this too Two-step Anti-Wrinkle Polish and Plump Peel. The gives me the effects of an in-spa treatment like microdermabrasion and a chemical scaling in the comfort of my own home – not to mention much more cheap!
But if you're not interested in home-planning treatments, many women turn to the professionals.
Another celebrity-approved anti-aging expert is Joanna Vargas, which provides treatments like her "Forever Facial" for $ 400-600.
Other women turn to injectable drugs or plastic surgery to keep their skin plumped up.
From Botox to child fillers to lip fillers (as we will talk more later on), many women find that with the right doctors and the right amount of injections they can maintain a younger look without feeling that they have lost their natural appearance.
The key is to be patient, to find the right doctor and not exaggerate it.
I've heard that women have pushed their doctors to give them an extra injection because they were not happy with the results, and the results came out less than the star.
How do you achieve plump lips?
Even if you are not completely worried about plumping your skin at this point in your life, you may have thought of lumping your lips.
Part of the reason for this may be due to the fact that more celebrities seem to be going for a plumper by getting subtle (or not so subtle) lip fillings.
If you are not interested in lip injections, you can also try a shop-bought lips.
If you've never tried one before, I'll give you an idea: they're kidding!
Most lip pumps work by involving ingredients that cause blood circulation on your lips (and maybe even a slight allergic reaction) like cinnamon and evergreen.
It's really not a long-term solution, but if you want a short-term solution for dirty lips, lip plumpers are definitely an option!
If you are looking for a minor tingly / stinging sensation, I would recommend this läppare from aminogenes. It contains collagen in the formula so your lips (hopefully) look faster with continued use.
Other lip pumps, like this one by GM Collin, are made with small dehydrated spheres absorbed by your lips, resulting in an immediate and long-term plunging effect.
Another simple but effective alternative?
Keep your lips hydrated!
The more moist your lips are, the fewer wrinkles, cracks and ridges will appear.
A simple shine or lip balms will also give the appearance of larger lips because the gloss reflects the light.
Another DIY trick I've learned? Lipstick toothbrush exfoliant.
All you need to do is grab an unused toothbrush, soak it and rub your lips gently.
Not only will you get rid of any dry skin, but you will also naturally slide out your lips.
As a bonus, you also get a natural rose-colored lip color from the rise in circulation!
If you are a makeup avicionado there is also overlap lips trick which can trick the camera (and your friends) into believing you sprayed a stronger beep overnight!
Temporary vs Permanent Plumping
Of course, some of the native, natural, DIY plumping techniques I mentioned were temporary.
If you stop using your lip gloss or dike your collateral supplement, you will stop seeing the results.
But in terms of plastic surgery and fillers there are permanent and non-permanent alternatives.
Back before stars like Kylie Jenner received temporary lip fillers, reality stars became much more permanent lip implants.
Implants can look more unnatural and will stay in your lips until you get them surgically removed.
fillers, on the other hand, lasts only for about six months to one year.
Ingredients in fillers, such as hyaluronic acid and collagen (see more about these in the next section), resolve on their own after a certain amount of time.
While collagen is likely to be considered when you think of plastic surgery, hyaluronic acid has become more common as it is less likely that it causes an allergic reaction.
In addition, if you do not even like to look at your fillers, there is a drug that can quickly dissolve your hyaluronic acid immediately and leave your face back and its naturally beautiful condition (though you probably will not get $ 700- $ 2000 back) .
A third plump option is a fat transfer, which is semi-permanent but will last much longer than fillers.
It is about taking extra fat from a part of the body and injecting it into the desired area (like your lips or your cheeks).
Unfortunately, it means that there are two areas in your body that may be exposed to infection or complications.
Plus, fat is naturally unpredictable and can move a lot, which means it's harder to determine exactly how filler will look.
My suggestion? If you're thinking of something more permanent, go first to filler.
If you decide that you like them after some maintenance instructions, consider trying the more permanent implants.
The main ingredients that go into looting
Now that we know what the plump is and what we can do to get narrower skin, let's talk about the most important ingredients found in any product that promises to plump your skin.
hyaluronic acid – One of the most important ways to keep our skin look younger is to keep it moisturized, and when it comes to increasing the speed, hyaluronic acid is your guy! Hyaluronic acid is a moisturizing ingredient, which means it will keep the skin moist, soft and plump!
retinol – You probably already know that retinol is excellent for anti-aging. Retinol can actually increase collagen production, but it can also increase your cell turnover rate, protect against free radicals and help erase dark spots. Oh, and of course it can plump your skin!
Collagen – As I mentioned earlier, it is important to supplement the collagen that our body produces because we produce less and less as we grow older, but our body still uses the same amount. Collagen keeps our skin firm and beautiful.
Are there any disadvantages or side effects?
Depending on the method you choose to plump your skin, there may be some disadvantages.
Of course, with any surgical procedure, you must be aware of the risks associated with the surgery and / or injections, as well as the cost.
Some side effects and risks of surgical procedures include negative reactions to anesthesia and allergic reactions.
You may also experience bruising, bumps or swelling from the injection method.
And of course you run the risk of not like the result, especially if it is a permanent or a half-time process.
Think of a permanent procedure for at least one year, and do not skimp when it comes to doing your research on the right doctor and be clear about what you want during the consultation.
While aging is a natural process that we all have to go through (a bit earlier than others), I know that I want to age gracefully … and as slowly as possible.
Keeping my skin full will help me see my best – and the chance is that you will feel the same way!
Fortunately, there are so many different methods and tips to achieve plumpness.
Whether you prefer to simply add more green greens to your diet or if you plan to schedule a consultation with a local cosmetic surgeon, I hope this blog has given you the information you need to keep your skin so stylish and beautiful as it should!
