Wear any kind of dress or makeup that makes you more uncomfortable when wearing?
I would say YES !!
While dressing up is the shock to those who like and dislike, there are some types of styles that are better to avoid. It's not that it will hurt your baby, but it just adds to your discomfort. Women have a lot to handle while they have a life inside and want to add it.
Why is it recommended to wear comfortable clothes during pregnancy ?
Pregnacy is the time when your body undergoes drastic changes. Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, morning sickness, the usual loo visits, hemorrhoids, weight gain … the list is long when it comes to the discomfort a woman has to face in the process of making herself a mother.
When there is an inconvenience we try our part to reduce it. Dressing properly is a way to feel relaxed and less uncomfortable. I would say that it is a treatment for your mood swings as well. After all, that does not encourage when dressed comfortably?
Properly selected maternity clothes will be easy on you and provide correct support to your growing stomach. It will cause less irritation due to sweating and heat. A good pair of shoes will help ease the legs due to swelling and muscle cramps.
Pregnancy clothes are a new trend, as more and more celebrities strike out their childbirths in maternity clothes. In the hope of television, expectant women should always remember that people they see belong to the fashion world. Imitating them and wearing a tightly fitted dress / heel or accessory may not only feel bulky but also put you at a serious risk.
"One size bigger" dress is the rule we usually follow when shopping for maternity use. But there is more to remember about what must be outside the cabinet while you are pregnant. Here's a list of things that should not be taken during pregnancy.
10 Things that make the list of things that should not wear during pregnancy
It's time to accept that pregnancy is going through big changes and it's not possible to feel so relaxed in the dress that previously felt most comfortable.
Even if wearing a certain type of dress is not risky or harmful to the child, wearing a suits can support the abdomen and make the support grow in the way and it makes it comfortable.
Below is the list of things not recommended to wear during pregnancy:
# 1. Tight Clothes
Dresses, skirts, jeans / leggings / wood pockets or other stylish fitting clothing if wearing during the prenatal period cause more discomfort than the reverse.
With seizures of morning sickness and nausea, I do not need to explain how harmless your stomach will be. Do not give more pressure by wearing clothes that are tight around your abdomen or waist. When wearing Indian clothes during pregnancy, like saree, do not bind your lower hook / undercut too hard.
Again, swelling is a bonus you can get if you are happy, especially no later than three months. Imagine a swollen painful leg that is tightly wrapped in a very tight legging. The thought itself suffocates me – so avoid tight clothes.
# 2. Ill fitting clothes
Hearing advice about wearing loose fitted outfits does not go out and deals to overrun. I'm not asking you to wear oversized jammies or grandfather tees by saying loose fitted dress.
Having the right size dress is equally important. After all, we do not want you to look like a 5 year old lady, and we also know that you definitely want to get back in shape after delivery. So you can always forward the right size clothes forward with minor changes.
# 3.Unatural fabrics
Thanks to all these hormonal changes, you will feel hotter and sweatier when you are pregnant. At this stage, fabrics that feel light on the skin can be good at walking like 100% cotton, cotton muslin, combed cotton, organic fabrics, bedding, khaadi.
Refrain from buying / wearing nylon, synthetic, polyester, elastin, georgette, chiffon. Overall, cotton is the most preferred.
But if you like a georgette or chiffon pink with cotton lining underneath, it's easy to wear without a doubt. Avoid synthetic and non-breathable fabrics to feel relaxed.
# 4. Wrong clothes for the weather
It's burning outside but in anticipation of covering up the bump you have chosen to make several outfits or wear a sweat shirt or shwal over your dress. Avoid it. The bump is not something to feel shy about, flaunt it instead of covering it. Dress right for the weather.
In simple words, wear wool / winter wear or full-sleeved, warm fabrics during the spring or any other climate in winter should be avoided. Reverse, cover with sweat shirt, pull over, shawl or sweater in winter.
# 5. High heels
Swelling in feet, muscle cramps and imbalances – Do I need to give more reasons to give these high heels a rest? Although heels increase the risk of back pain.
They are also not advisable because the situations become complicated if you fall or slip due to wearing heels. Not that you will not fall when you are pregnant, but being pregnant increases your chances of falling as your center of gravity changes and you become less stable on high heels.
Choosing to wear apartments feels by far comfortable and safe than wearing wings.
# 6. Wrong bra
Having said earlier how the pregnant body goes through big changes, breasts are a big part that changes. They become more sore and heavy as nature prepares them to produce breast milk. In the first trimester you can usually not feel the need to update your bra, but in the later trimester you may find yourself uncomfortable.
When shopping for bras you will avoid padded underwired bras. Avoid the wrong size bra and once not made with breathable materials like cotton.
So what bra to wear during pregnancy? Choose well-supported coverage bra / motherhood bra that lets natural changes happen at its best. Choose cotton material. Correct bras also provide optimal back and shoulders support.
# 7. Fancy Panties
The hormones that your pregnant body produces can cause an imbalance in the natural bacteria found in your vaginal area. Vaginal discharge will also be more during this period. Both together give you a good chance of catching a yeast infection unless proper hygiene is taken care of.
To avoid a yeast infection or itching or skin rash, keep these stripes and the silk underneath. These synthetic sexy lingers are also not good at wearing this time. Not that you're not sexy while you're pregnant, just that you need more fresh air and breathing space out there.
Go for cotton bags because other materials can hold too much moisture and be a germ of bacteria.
# 8. Heavy / narrow jewelry
You feel more stress free when wearing the least weight-free accessories during pregnancy. Heavy jewelry including stiff disadvantages, bracelets and earrings should be avoided to reduce discomfort.
Also note that all weight gain and swelling can make some of your jewelry, especially your wedding ring, bracelets and ankles. Avoid anything tight.
Although rare, white gold nickel can cause allergic reactions during pregnancy. If you are allergic to nickel, avoid any jewelry that has nickel.
# 9. Heavy makeup / hairdresser
When you come to the use of makeup products / cosmetics or hair products during pregnancy, there are actually no correct studies conducted in this area. Theories are contradictory. While some give rise to makeup during pregnancy, others are not so comfortable due to the amount of chemicals that go into these cosmetics.
My theory would be why sorry later if you can avoid a problem at the beginning, after all, it's only a few months.
Cosmetics that contain retinoid or salicylic acids can cause harm to the child, but not proven. Lead lipstick, but in a much smaller amount, can also be a risk. Then keep the beacon so that the pregnancy berth in your face is visible / discovered.
# 10. Unripe clothes
Always use washed clothes to save you from possible irritation / infection. We may have worn the same pair of jeans without washing it twice or three times earlier. But this is time to exercise more caution.
So what should I wear !!
We know that there will be a number of places to attend ceremonies, family functions, social meetings, weddings etc. But it is not necessary to wear a heavy workwear anarchy dress or something that you do not feel comfortable wearing. Thanks to the fact that designers have brought a maternity clothing collection that consists of all inclusive western wear, traditional wear, fusion wear and so much to choose from.
Go to Maxi dresses, maternity dresses, shirt dresses, tunic, floating dresses / tops, layered dresses / tops, etc.
For wear-resistant, one can choose maternity pants / capris that feels easy on the stomach, skirts, wrap around skirts, palazzos, straight pants, culottes, dhoti / Afghan pants, etc. in the appropriate size to feel safe.
Of course, no one has ever said to give a drastic makeover to your closet and fill it with just maternity clothes when you start with your trimester. When I was pregnant, I visited a mammal cord. But I found myself more comfortable in my old pair of leggings and my striped sweater tunic than the garments I tried out there. So, the thought is not to find yourself a brand new closet for the 40 weeks. Your choices when shopping must keep in mind your comfort and safety and what lasts during the latter trimester.
Matra is wearing something that is comfortable and safe and makes you relaxed while you are pregnant.
Hope this list of what you will not wear during pregnancy will be in your mind while shopping for maternity clothes.
